Once the samples are collected, the Loft Inspectors specialist will examine the initial results, provide a general assessment, and discuss the expected turnaround time with you. The specialist will then dispatch the samples along with the chain of custody form to an accredited third-party laboratory for analysis.
Upon receiving the laboratory results, Loft Inspectors will promptly create your personalized report. Should there be any immediate health risks, you will be notified without delay. Loft Inspectors’ reports provide a summary of the observations and technical readings from the inspection, interpret the laboratory data into understandable terms, clarify the importance of the findings, reference relevant standards and guidelines for the identified contaminants, and outline a plan of action if necessary.
